Return Process
To start a return, please email us at sales@westonfletcher.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and sent back in their original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. sales@westonfletcher.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once an item has shipped, cancellations may not be possible, and a return will need to be initiated.
