ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed. This includes preparing your items, packaging, and dispatching from our facility. Our order cutoff time is 2pm PST.

SHIPPING TIMES
Domestic orders (within the United States) generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the shipment date.
International orders usually arrive within 10 to 14 business days, depending on location and local customs processing.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor the status of your shipment using the provided link or through our tracking page by clicking here.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
